A.G. Richardson Elementary School, Culpeper, VA receives a Robiis donation!

Thanks to the generous donation of Dawn and William Koshoffer, A.G. Richardson Elementary School in Culpeper, VA received a Robiis Kit.
By learning to use commands to move a robot around puzzles of increasing complexities, this donation will help teach children at the school basic coding concepts and STEM skills. However, to get maximum benefit, AG Richardson needs 9 additional Robiis Starter Kits so that an entire classroom of 20 to 30 children can take full advantage of the potential of Robiis. The more kits, the more complex puzzle can be created, and the more students can work together to solve the problems. 
In a county with 29% of the population below the poverty line as of the last census, these small investments at an early age can make a large difference to the future of these kids and the Culpeper community.

"Built in 1992, A. G. Richardson is located in the southern part of Culpeper County at the intersection of Routes 29 and 15. The school is named after Dr. Archie Gibbs Richardson, an African American educator in Virginia who served in many roles including Associate Director of Secondary Education for the Commonwealth of Virginia. His writings are archived at Virginia State University."
